Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. To start a return, contact us at banexstore8@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will also need the proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs: Customers will take full responsibility for return shipping costs.
Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after receiving the returned order. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process depending on your bank.
Damages: Damages caused by shipping process will not be replaced or refunded.
Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products such as special orders or personalized items, personal care goods such as beauty products and also we cannot accept returns on sale items.
