Is it safe for the bikini and pubic area?

Yes — Banex Cloud Sense is formulated to be gentle enough for the bikini zone, underarms, and other intimate areas. That said, skin in these areas is more sensitive. Always do a patch test 24 hours before your first full application, and never exceed the 20-minute maximum. If you feel burning at any point, rinse immediately with cool water.
How long do results last compared to shaving or waxing?

Most customers see results lasting 6–7 days — significantly longer than shaving (1–2 days) because the formula dissolves hair below the surface rather than cutting it at skin level. Results vary based on your hair type and growth rate. Coarser hair may regrow faster; fine hair can stay smooth up to a week
I have thick, coarse hair. Will this work for me?

Yes, but it takes patience. For thick or dense hair, apply a generous layer (at least 2–3mm thick) and leave on for the full 15–20 minutes. One of our verified customers with thick bikini hair left it on 20 minutes and described the results as "better than a Brazilian wax." Do not exceed 20 minutes regardless of hair thickness.
Does it have a strong chemical smell?

You may notice a mild depilatory odor while the formula is working — this is normal and expected for any cream that dissolves hair. It dissipates quickly after rinsing. Can men use this on their chest and back?

Absolutely. Banex Cloud Sense is designed for both men and women. It works well on chest, back, arms, and legs. Use the same technique — thick, even layer, 10–20 minutes depending on hair density. The spray seems messy. Any tips?

The spray has broad coverage, so it's best used in a shower or bathtub to contain the product. Hold the can about 6 inches from your skin and spray in short, controlled bursts to build up the layer. Lay down newspaper or a towel if using outside the shower. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes quick and easy.
